I am currently offering full spectrum doula care to families within driving distance of 30 miles from New Paltz, NY. Virtual support is available to any location. Doula support is non-medical and nonjudgemental.

Every growing family has unique needs and desires, and it is my goal to help you fulfill them. As parents, you are vessels pouring your energy and resources into caring for this new life force. I am here to help fill your cup so you can share more loving moments throughout your labor, birth, and postpartum experience.

Birth Doula Package

• 2 Prenatal visits
• Birth Preference Writing Support
• On-call from 37 weeks
• Continuous phone, text, & email support throughout pregnancy until 3 weeks postpartum
• Attendance and support during labor and birth
• 1-2 Postpartum Visits up to 2 months postpartum (2 hours total)

Postpartum Doula Package

• Custom set of hours of postpartum visits (in whatever combination of 4 hour day shifts and/or 8 hours night shifts of your choosing)
• Continuous phone, text, emails throughout postpartum until 2 weeks after our last visit
• Resources & Referrals 

Postpartum support can look like:

• Feeding education
• Sleep troubleshooting
• Newborn care
• Food preparation
• Sibling support
• Light housework and errand runs
• Overnight support

Investment of $32-42 per hour for daytime support and $37-47 per hour for overnight support. See where you fall on the sliding scale here. As all families have differing needs, we can work together to find an amount of support that best suits you.
